A Special Dream

It was the time before the sunrise. Adnan’s coffin just arrived the previous day. In the time of Fazr’ prayer I dreamt Adnan. It is said that dreams in this time comes to be true. I hope so, I am sure so. It is because after this I had a deep feeling of satisfaction and had a perception that he found his peace.
This is what I dreamt:
My wife and I were going somewhere with a manually driven vehicle. A girl accompanied us. For some reason this girl was very important. People were chasing us to snatch her. At last I had a tough time to guard her so handed her over to colleague of mine called Isa Khan. I told him to take her to a certain destination.
Later I also reached that destination alone.
It was a building related to Islamic practice but not an mosque or Madrasa. I don’t know what the building is about but I know it has a sheer importance.
I started to get in the building to go upstairs to second or third floor. It was very hard to climb the stairs as those were very steep. At last I climbed up to the floor. It was a large hall. Many Islamic Clerics were moving around. When I turned to my left in the south side I saw a white bed. I clearly saw Adnan’s Grandfather (Maulana M A Mannan) was sitting beside him was sat his most beloved grandson. As I perceived Adnan was 8 years or so old there.
Adnan’s grandfather died on 6th February, 2006.

Happy Birthday

Today is Adnan’s yet another Birthday. There might will be some gathering to commemorate it. Some one will remember him. Somebody will mistakenly decide to greet him or send flowers or gifts. But he will not be there to receive or respond.

This is the first birthday after his tragic departure.

He would cross 21 today.

Adnan,

Wherever you are, you will always be remembered.
